Once your return has been received by our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note that once your items have been received by the warehouse, it can take up to 7 days for your return to be processed. It can then take a further 5 days for your refund to appear in your account.

If you have not received an email to confirm your return has been received after 10 working days, please contact our Customer Service Team with the following information:
Your order number.
Your name and email address.
The tracking number.
Proof of postage, such as a receipt.
