Can I change my shipping address?

Once an order has been placed you will have a 1 hour window* to change your shipping address.

You can do this via the order status page, or via the order confirmation email. You should be able to see an 'Change Shipping Address' option where you will be able to amend the address.

If you do not see this button you have missed your opportunity to amend your address.

*​Please note that if you have ordered with an Express Shipping service, you will be unable to edit your address. This is down to us wanting to ship your order out as quickly as we can.

If you have received your shipping confirmation email we will not be able to change your address.

We will happily resend the order once the original has been returned. If it is delivered to the incorrect address we will not be able to resend or refund the order.

Can I cancel my order?

While we cannot make any guarantees, if you contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible, we will try to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

Please note, if you have received a shipping confirmation email from us, we will be unable to cancel your order.

Can I amend my items?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend items. This includes adding/removing products, changing the size and changing the colour.
