You now have a full 60 minutes after placing an order to make changes on your own – no need to contact customer service.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, you can!
Placed an order but changed your mind? No problem. Just log into your account within 60 minutes and hit cancel on your order. It’s that simple!
Your refund will be processed automatically and will be back in your account within 2-5 working days depending on your payment method.
If the Cancel option isn’t available, it means your order has already been processed by our warehouse team and can no longer be canceled.
Can I Change My Address?
Accidentally used the wrong address or need it shipped somewhere else? You can now edit the delivery address within 60 minutes* of placing your order. Just log in, make the change, and you’re set!
*Please note that if you have ordered with an Express Shipping service, you will be unable to edit your address. This is down to us wanting to ship your order out as quickly as we can.
Can I Change the Items I've ordered?
Yes! You are now able to modify the items in your order within that same 60-minute window. You can:
- Add/Remove items from your order.
- Change product sizes.
